Refund policy

We take great pride in our products and hope you're satisfied with your purchase(s). All pieces are made to order and are regarded as a special custom order.

I gladly accept cancellations: request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

I don't accept returns or exchanges: but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

It is of utmost importance that you take your correct measurements on all bracelets, necklaces and rings as they will be made to order for you. If you need a different size than is listed please contact me before you purchase. If you need a size adjustment, there will be a fee for all materials used and for time spent on re-sizing your piece(s).

We will not replace any lost or broken pieces due to an accident or normal wear and tear, nor will we replace any packages lost or damaged during delivery.
