All pieces are made to order from start to finish. Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for your special piece to be created.

To ensure that your Valentine's Day love has their special token of your affection on time, please ensure your order is placed by January 14th, 2026.

To ensure your Mother, Maman, Mum or special Mother figure in your life gets their special token of your affection on time, please ensure your order is placed by April 10th, 2026.

Current production time for your special piece to be created is : 7 - 14 business days.

If you need to have a special piece by a certain date, I will always do my best to have your piece ready in time. Please contact me at customerservices@andjules.com before placing your order so I can confirm if I am able to meet your significant date.

We are unable to accept returns on ALL items. If you are uncertain about sizes and lengths please reach out to me before purchase.

• CUSTOMS & DUTY •

Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

If your package is lost in transit I will do everything I can to assist you. I cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery has been confirmed.

Tips for a Perfect Fit:

• Measure at the end of the day (fingers swell slightly).
