All pieces are made to order and as such are custom orders that cannot be exchanged or returned.

where are your products manufactured?

Products are handmade by me and materials are both locally and globally sourced. I carefully select my material suppliers to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

how much does shipping cost?

All Canada and United States shipments include tracking and insurance for your security.

Orders are shipped Mon-Fri excluding holidays. If you need something by a certain date, please contact us and I will do my utmost to help you out!

• CUSTOMS & DUTY •

Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

If your package is lost in transit I will do everything I can to assist you. I cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery has been confirmed.

Tip: Use a string and ruler to measure your ideal drop, especially when layering.
